Getting Started
Welcome to Flo! This guide will help you get started with your account and navigate the platform.
Creating Your Account
- Go to the Flo app URL provided by your studio/agency
- Click Registrati (Register)
- Fill in your details:
- Name and surname
- Email address
- Password (and confirmation)
- Phone number (if required by your studio)
- Click Registrati to create your account
- Wait for an administrator to activate your account
Your account needs to be activated by an administrator before you can access the platform. You'll receive a notification once your account is active.
Logging In
Flo supports multiple login methods depending on your studio's configuration:
Email & Password
- Enter your email and password
- Click Accedi (Login)
OTP (One-Time Password)
- Enter your email address
- Click Invia Codice (Send Code)
- Check your email for a 6-digit code
- Enter the code within 10 minutes
- You'll be logged in automatically
OTP codes expire after 10 minutes. You can request a new code after 30 seconds. Each code can only be attempted 3 times.
Forgot Password
- On the login page, click Password dimenticata? (Forgot password?)
- Enter your email address
- Check your email for the reset link
- Click the link and set a new password
Navigating the App
After logging in, you'll see the main dashboard with a sidebar navigation:
- Prenotazioni — View and book activities/lessons
- Orari — See the weekly schedule
- Account — Manage your profile and settings
If you're an administrator, you'll also see:
- Amministrazione — User management, services, settings, and more
The sidebar can be collapsed for more screen space. On mobile, use the bottom tab bar for navigation.
Language
Flo is available in Italian (default) and English. If language switching is enabled, you can change the language from the sidebar footer. Your preference is saved automatically.
